specializing in high-performance polypropylene used across industries such as automotive, electronics, packaging, and textiles.

In line with its commitment to workplace optimization and interdepartmental synergy,
PolyMirae recently relocated its headquarters from IFC Seoul to the Seoul Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) building,
establishing a workspace that better reflects its brand identity and operational values.

This office project was designed to embody the core identity of PolyMirae—a company rooted in high-performance, precision-based polymer materials.
The design concept focuses on clarity of structure, minimalism in form, and honesty in materials, reflecting the nature of the products the company manufactures.

Avoiding unnecessary embellishments, the space uses raw materials such as metal, glass, and concrete to create an atmosphere that is both refined and industrial.
The lighting and finishes are meticulously calibrated to guide the user’s movement and perception, generating a quiet but deliberate tension throughout the space.

More than just a functional workplace, the office serves as a branded spatial platform, where PolyMirae’s technological excellence and future vision are made tangible through architectural storytelling.
